Almost 80 VDP.Estates and more than 20 partners will be participating in ProWein Düsseldorf (March 16-18, 2025) at the VDP.stand in Hall 1. On an impressive 1,100 square meters, the VDP.Estates will present the new vintage and their new product range. As usual, the VDP.stand offers a professional and inspiring tasting environment for all trade visitors.
In accordance with Agenda 2025, all VDP. Estates are on the verge of achieving full sustainability certification. Sustainability is therefore also a top priority at the VDP's ProWein stand: 38 VDP. Estates represented at the stand are already organically certified or are in the conversion phase. One of the major innovations this year is the joint stand of the organic-certified VDP. Estates . Here, those VDP. Estates that already carry the organic seal can be tasted in a common area. The organic stand unites these wineries and makes sustainable wine production visible. At the same time, there are numerous other winegrowers at the stand that work with other sustainability certificates and are actively involved in shaping the path to certification within the VDP.
The partners at the VDP.stand 2025 are also new and exciting: the Sustainable Wine Roundtable (SWR) will be hosting a daily round table on topics relating to sustainability in viticulture. StarWineList (“The Guide to great Wine Bars & Wine Restaurants”) will present itself with interesting lectures and a joint presence with SWR. Numerous institutions from the education and training sector complete the line-up: these include the Institute of Masters of Wine, Hochschule Geisenheim University, the German Sommelier Union e.V. (DWS) and many more.
The list of partners is rounded off by long-standing supporters of the VDP, including:
- Non-alcoholic beverages: Gerolsteiner Brunnen, Obstkelterei van Nahmen
- Indulgence: Schell Schokoladen
- Lifestyle: GAGGENAU
- Logistics: Hillebrand GORI
- Wine products and services: Zwiesel Kristallglas, easy-cooler®, Vollherbst Druck
