Hamm

Five hundred years have joined the estate manor and baroque patrician house into today’s wine estate. The Riesling vines of the house were already cultivated according to organic philosophy by Karl-Heinz Hamm 20 years ago. The families tradition and philosophy are continued in the next generation with Aurelia Hamm. For the Hamm family, quality-oriented means: strict pruning, mature vines, and controlled ecological viticulture with low yields. Class instead of mass. Particularly with Riesling, one can taste the subtle variations in the flavors of the individual terroirs. Organic viticulture heightens these nuances and the wine gains more bouquet, elegance and finesse.
