This masterclass delves into the fascination of matured wines, showcasing how both fruity Prädikat wines and dry village wines gain not in strength but in character over time. In a fast-paced world, maturity stands for consistency, precision, and perfection. How differently do origin-driven Rieslings present themselves in dry versus sweet forms? How do they develop with age – and why is it worth waiting for a great wine? 

Two experts, each focusing on a specific Riesling style, will explore these intriguing questions: Marie-Helen Krebs for fruity-sweet wines and Nancy Grossmann for dry styles. Together, they will present a selection of VDP.Wines from the last 15 years.
