Gaggenau is a small town in the Black Forest. The company was founded there in 1683. At the beginning of the 60s the first fitted kitchen appliances were produced here, which could be bought in Europe. Their name: "Gaggenau".

The Van Nahmen fruit pressing plant is the third and fourth generations to continue the proven tradition of handcrafted must making in the Lower Rhine region. The German Hotel Academy (DHA) opens up paths to professional wine consulting and tasting for beginners and gastronomy experts. Those interested can continue their education digitally and alongside their job and thus set the course for a professional career in wine consulting. The DHA is one of the few German partners of the internationally renowned British "Wine & Spirit Education Trust" - with the highest number of graduates in Germany.

For over 25 years, the Weinakademie Österreich has been open to all wine enthusiasts with its own seminar and continuing education program and is Austria's national wine school. The path to becoming a Wine Academician, the highest level of training at the Weinakademie, leads via the Wine Academician Diploma or the WSET Level 4 Diploma. This is the most sought-after qualification in the international wine trade and also the recommended preliminary stage to the elite Master of Wine (MW).
